Scholars interested in presenting a paper at the Conference are invited to submit an abstract (350 words) in English by October 15th, 2015 (extended deadline).
Applicants will be informed by January 15, 2016 about their acceptance. Full papers [3500 words (footnotes and bibliography not included)] should be submitted after notification (both in MS Word and PDF format) in English by May 15th 2016.
Papers may be presented either in English or in Greek. The most challenging papers will be considered for one of the Plenary Sessions.
The “full paper submission” is a prerequisite for the full subscription as “Participants with contribution,” along with the fee payment.
The full paper will be included in a file stored and shared on-line by all participants, at least two months before the Congress, and will be considered for publication in the Congress Proceedings.
THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THEIR “ABSTRACT & PAPER,” CAN, EITHER:
(a) leave their submission as it has already been made [an abstract of 200 words and the full paper of 3500 words (footnotes and bibliography not included)], OR,
(b) if they wish, they are welcome to send, (i) a revised version of the full paper (after notification of acceptance) no later than May 15th, 2016, keeping the same abstract (200 words), or, (ii) a revised version of the abstract (350 words by October 15) and the full paper revised or as initially submitted (3500 words, after notification of acceptance) no later than May 15th, 2016. The revised version of abstract (although optional) is preferable for reasons of uniformity, since submitted abstracts will be included in a “book of abstracts” before the Congress.
